Job Description:

Project planning and Management

- Manage the project definition for scope, objectives, feasibility.

 - Plan to ensure resource mobility including timeline, availability, and resource allocation.

 - Manage internal resources and third parties vendors for the execution of projects.

 - Regularly report project progress and escalate issues to team leaders and above as required.

Project execution

-  Manage assessment of project performance.

 -   Manage team to ensure all projects delivered on-time within scope and budget.

- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.

 - Manage project issues or any problems in a timely manner.

Project Control and Closure

- Assess and evaluate progress toward project plan and objectives.

- Assess risk and mitigation plan.

- Determining the cause of deviations from plan.

- Propose a recovery plan to team leaders to bring the project back on track.

- Manage project evaluation and improvement.

-Manage project close down to ensure deliverable complete and issues resolved/closed.

คุณสมบัติ

• Clear and competent communication about the expectations, goals and responsibilities of the team who will be completing the project.
• Able to solve a variety of problems throughout all stages of a project. Issues that may need to be solved could involve team members, clients or stakeholders related to the project.
• Should have the ability to access the skills of your team and sign tasks based on these skills. Effective delegation also requires you to trust your team members to fulfill their duties and allows you to avoid micromanaging them.
• Have an experienced in Financial organization is a plus.
• Strong Knowledge in agile implement methodology and have experienced implement loan management, Hire Purchase, DWH or accounting is a plus.
